A flexible work schedule that starts at $20/hr (for Generalists) with opportunities to advance. A bonus structure unlike any other in the industry, typically 8 VAs will get a weekly bonus of 40% of their pay that week. Work when and where you want, though we recommend a minimum of 15 hours per week.
